How did it all start?

Stella Croatica is a producer of the finest delicacies and it has been founded following the roots of families Polić and Dabelić and their family tradition.

We, as the heirs have continued production but also started with the branding of traditional products, enriching them with new flavours, shapes and colours.

In the beginning, we could not believe how many delicious recipes are hidden within Dalmatian gastronomic heritage and variety of aromatic and delicious fruits Dalmatia has to offer!

Fascinated by this natural and traditional heritage, full of happiness we have started our adventure.

Today we are proud custodians of the best Dalmatian delicacies and owners of numerous awards for quality and product design
